How pricing works
We keep it simple. Price is based on your lawn size and complexity. You see the number before you sign up.
What affects your price
- Lawn size — We use square footage. Smaller lawns start lower; larger lawns cost more per visit.
- Complexity — Corner lots or slopes can add a small amount per visit. We’ll note that when we quote.
- Frequency — Weekly or biweekly. Weekly is our most popular and best value for a consistently clean lawn.

Weekly
Same day each week. Best for keeping your lawn consistently tidy. One price per visit — you’re charged each time we come.
Biweekly
Every two weeks. Slightly higher per visit than weekly, but fewer visits. Good if you prefer less frequent service.

- Small lawn (under ~3,000 sq ft): from about $35/visit
- Medium lawn (~3,000–5,000 sq ft): from about $45/visit
- Larger lawn (~5,000–7,000 sq ft): from about $60/visit
- Bigger properties: from about $75/visit (we’ll quote based on size)
